Certainly, everyone agrees that we now live in a small village whose different components are in dynamic and accelerated interaction, and nobody is neutral with regard to behavior of those around him, positive or negative they are. In this case, systems of education and training which play the main role in the qualification of members of our "village", must evolve according to a comprehensive model of educational quality oriented best practices internationally, and by the main findings of international research prospective.
In this context, the 10th International Conference of Quality Management in Education and Training Systems (CIMQUSEF10) has attempted to answer the following question:
''What models of education through best practices and prospective studies?''.
